A cancer diagnosis can be stressful, shocking and a difficult challenge for everyone. This "toolkit" support group provides valuable group discussions as well as helpful information as patients, caregivers and family members adjust to their cancer diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.

This is a free monthly support group for ovarian cancer patients, survivors, and family members. This support group provides educational information, support, sharing and friendship. The meeting is inviting, enthusiastic and helpful. There is a guest speaker each month.

There are steps that every woman can take that may make developing breast cancer less likely. Leading a healthy and aware lifestyle may not eliminate your chance of getting breast cancer, but it may help reduce your risk. Bring your questions and concerns to this informative Ladies Night Out evening with our experts and learn about how to monitor your breast health, updates on prevention, the latest diagnostic advances, the current research on health risks and surgical and non-surgical treatments. Come a little early and enjoy a tour of our new Breast Center immediately before the seminar from 5:00pm-5:50pm. Call for registration. A light dinner will be served.

This is a CaPSS cancer support group for adult cancer patients and/or their caregiver(s). This group provides emotional support and information on developing positive coping skills for facing the challenging journey with cancer. Registration is not required.

Certified instructors will guide you through very basic and gentle yoga techniques to help you achieve inner calm, peace and healing. Dress in casual, comfortable clothing.

Our Women's Cancer Support Group connects you with other women in similar situations. You'll learn how they are facing challenges just like yours, and you'll have the opportunity to tell your story and listen to theirs. You may gain strength and comfort from their support. The group is open to women of all ages and all types of cancer.

"Look Good Feel Better" is a make-over class for women going through cancer treatments. It is a signature program of the American Cancer Society and a partnership between ACS, National Cosmetology Association, and the Cosmetic Toiletry & Fragrance Association. This is a free program that teaches beauty techniques to women in active cancer treatment (surgery, chemo, radiation) to help them with the appearance-related side effects of treatment including make-up, wigs and scarves/turbans. Each lady receives a free personalized beauty/makeup kit.
